Privacy & Cookie Policy

Last updated: 12 June 2026

This notice explains how we process the personal data collected through the getbeautycard.com website and the contact form, and which cookies we use. It is drafted pursuant to Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (GDPR).

1. Data controller

The data controller is ANDJ LAB SRL, a company under Romanian law (CUI 54396100), with registered office at Strada Vasile Goldiș nr. 1-3, 310090 Arad, Romania.

For any request concerning your data, you can write to [email protected].

2. Data we collect

We process exclusively the data you provide voluntarily by filling in the contact form on the site:

  • first and last name of the contact person;
  • salon name (beauty salon, nail bar, spa, hair salon);
  • phone number;
  • email address;
  • city of the salon.

We do not collect special categories of data. Account creation and payments take place in the service app, not on this site.

3. Purpose and legal basis

The contact form data is processed to:

  • contact you back to show you the Beautycard service and answer your questions (commercial follow-up at your request);
  • manage the pre-contractual phase and, where applicable, support you in activating the service.

The legal basis is the performance of pre-contractual measures taken at your request (art. 6.1.b GDPR) and, where applicable, our legitimate interest in following up on a contact request (art. 6.1.f GDPR).

4. Retention

We retain the contact form data for as long as necessary to handle your request and, in the event the service is not activated, for a maximum of 24 months from the last contact, unless otherwise required by law. Once that period has elapsed, the data is deleted or anonymized.

5. Disclosure of data

The data is not disseminated or sold to third parties. It may be processed, on our behalf and as data processors, by the technical providers that enable us to run the site and handle requests (e.g. hosting and email), in compliance with appropriate safeguards.

6. Your rights

You may exercise at any time the rights provided for by arts. 15-22 GDPR:

  • access, rectification and erasure of the data;
  • restriction of and objection to processing;
  • data portability;
  • lodging a complaint with the competent supervisory authority.

To exercise your rights, write to [email protected]: we respond within the terms set by law.
