The getbeautycard.com website and the Beautycard service are operated by ANDJ LAB SRL (CUI 54396100), hereinafter «we». Contact: [email protected].

Beautycard is a software service that allows beauty salons to publish a digital showcase accessible via QR code, to update it independently and to view usage statistics. The features may evolve over time to improve the product.

The Base plan is free. The Premium plan (with monthly or yearly billing) is subscribed to through the Stripe payment platform within the app; payments are processed by ANDJ LAB SRL, which appears as the account holder for the charge. The Premium subscription renews automatically until cancellation, which can be carried out at any time from the app settings, taking effect at the end of the period already paid for; upon cancellation the showcase remains online as a Base plan.

Through the site you can create your showcase for free in the service app, or contact us by leaving your details. The contact form entails no purchase obligation and no payment: the site does not handle online transactions, which take place exclusively in the app.

The pricing terms of the Premium plan are indicated on the site and in the app; the amount shown at the time of subscription via Stripe prevails.

By using the site and the service, you undertake to:

• provide truthful and up-to-date data in the contact form and in the app;
• not use the site for unlawful purposes or purposes that infringe the rights of others;
• not attempt to compromise the security or availability of the service;
• publish in the showcase only content to which you hold the rights and which complies with applicable regulations.

The site, the Beautycard trademark, the software and their related content are our property or licensed to us, and are protected by copyright and industrial property regulations. The content you upload to your showcase remains yours: you grant us only the rights necessary to provide you with the service.

We are committed to keeping the service available and functioning, but we do not guarantee the complete absence of interruptions or errors. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect damages arising from the use of, or the inability to use, the site and the service.

We may update these terms to align them with changes to the service or to the law. The version in force is always published on this page, with the date of last update indicated at the top.

For anything not expressly provided for, reference is made to the applicable regulations. The processing of personal data is governed by the Privacy & Cookie Policy.
